Potatoes are one of my family's favorite dishes, and they are also one of the most uncontroversial ingredients, every time I don't know what to cook, I choose potatoes, and everyone is happy, and potatoes are loved no matter how they are made.

6. Crack all the eggs into the container.
7. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, add the onion, and stir-fry slightly over medium heat.

13. After the fried potato cake is cut and put on a plate, you can mix some dipping sauce and eat.
Tips:
1. The thickness of the potatoes should be cut into the same and cooked evenly when stir-fried.
2. Stir-fry the onion first to make the onion sweet and flavorful first.
3. Potatoes are high in potassium and should not be eaten by patients with renal insufficiency.
4. Potatoes mainly contain alkaloid glycosides and solanine, which can raise blood sugar, so diabetics should not eat more.
