【Directions】

Prepare 400 grams of flour, add 4 grams of yeast, 50 grams of sugar, stir well, then beat in four eggs, stir into a flocculent, then pour about 50 grams of butter melted at room temperature, and knead into a slightly soft dough.


After kneading, move it to the cutting board and knead it repeatedly like a garment until the dough is pulled apart and a relatively strong glove film appears.


Knead the dough again, put it back in the basin, cover and let it grow until it doubles in size.


Prepare a handful of raisins and dried cranberries, wash them well, and remove the water to keep them dry.


Once the dough is ready, take it out and knead it to exhaust, then roll it out into a rectangular sheet, sprinkle raisins and dried cranberries on half of the dough sheet, and roll it up.


Halfway through the roll, cut the remaining half of the dough sheet into strips about one centimeter wide and roll it down. Once rolled, bend into a circle.


Take a container, brush the bottom and perimeter with a layer of oil to prevent sticking, then put in the green bread and tidy up the shape. Cover and re-indulge.


Stir an egg yolk and set aside.

The bread crust is 1.5 times the original size, evenly brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on the surface, then cover with tin foil or high-temperature plastic wrap, pot with cold water, after the water boils, steam for 40 minutes on high heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.


After removing from the pot, remove the tin foil, scrape along the edge of the container with a scraper, and then turn the container upside down to easily remove the mold.
