Today I made this boiled squid, the method is simple, especially with rice.

【Spicy boiled squid】

Prepare the ingredients as follows:

One large squid, 150 grams of enoki mushrooms, 200 grams of rape, 1 green onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of ginger, 1 spoonful of salt, 2 dried chili peppers, 1 spoonful of Sichuan pepper, 1 spoonful of bean paste, 1 spoonful of spicy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar. One spicy millet and one spoonful of sesame seeds.

The cooking steps are as follows:

Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, blanch the rape and put it in a large bowl, blanch the enoki mushrooms and put them in a large bowl. Clean the squid, change the flower knife and cut into cubes. Slice the green onion, slice the ginger, slice the garlic, cut the millet into spicy rings, and cut the dried chili pepper into pieces for later use.

Step 2: Add water to the pot, put in a spoonful of cooking wine, blanch the squid for 10 seconds, remove it, and put it in a large bowl for later use.

Step 3: Add oil to the pot, put a spoonful of bean paste and a spoonful of spicy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant. Then add chopped green onions, garlic slices, ginger slices, and chili peppers, and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Step 4: Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add a spoonful of salt and a teaspoon of sugar to a boil.

Step 5: After boiling, add the blanched squid and continue to boil to turn off the heat.

Step 6: Pour the boiled squid into a large bowl with soup and water. Add chopped green onions, spicy millet chopped, and a spoonful of sesame seeds.

Step 7: Heat oil in another pot, add an appropriate amount of oil to heat and pour on top of the squid. The serving plate is tender and fresh, and it really goes well with the rice.

Tips: The squid can be removed after blanching and breaking off to prevent it from being old and tender.
