Homemade brown sugar mala cake, my children especially like to eat, fluffy, soft and chewy, simple to make

Homemade mala cake, the method is simple, prepare an appropriate amount of flour, rice flour, brown sugar and yeast, add an appropriate amount of warm water and stir it into a paste to ferment, steam it in the pot for one or twenty minutes, if you like to eat, follow my steps to make it yourself at home!

First of all, prepare the recipe: I use 150 grams of flour, 100 grams of rice flour, 40 grams of brown sugar, 3 grams of yeast, 10 ml of cooking oil, and 200 ml of warm water

【Step 1】First pour the flour, rice flour, brown sugar, and yeast into a large bowl, add 200ml of warm water and stir into a more viscous paste. Second, brown sugar is easy to melt.

【Step 2】Seal the batter with a lid or plastic wrap and ferment for more than 1 hour, then you can do something else.

【Step 3】The fermented batter will expand a lot more than before, at this time, add 10ml of cooking oil, stir it with chopsticks, add oil and steam it out of the pot, the taste is more fragrant and easy to demold.

【Step 4】Put a layer of oil paper or brush a layer of oil in the mold, pour in the batter, and smooth it on it with a spoon, because cooking oil is added, it becomes very smooth and not sticky when smoothed with a spoon, and the oil paper is very smooth and clean when it comes out of the pot later, and the batter is not sticky at all.

【Step 5】Cover the lid and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes, I use a stainless steel basin, and it will be steamed in more than 10 minutes.

【Step 6】After removing from the pot, use a relatively large plate to buckle on it, flip it over and buckle the plate.

【Step 7】After demolding, cut the mala cake into your favorite size.

Fluffy, soft, sweet and very delicious homemade mala cakes, remember to collect them if you like them!
