Pulled sweet potatoes
Ingredient:
Sweet potatoes to taste, sugar to taste, sesame seeds to taste
Cooking Steps:
1. Cut the sweet potatoes into hob pieces and fry them in a pan
2. Remove and put on blotting paper for later use.
3. Heat the pan with cold oil and add three tablespoons of sugar
4. Add a bowl of cold water to boil to make a big bubble.
5. Continue to boil and become a medium bubble.
6. Boil to make small bubbles, sesame oil color. Add the sweet potato wedges to coat with sugar.
7. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
