【Production process】

1. Wash the pork loin, cut it into small pieces, and put it in a food processor to beat into minced meat. You can chop it with a knife without a food processor, and you have to chop it into a finer minced meat than the meat filling of the dumplings.

2. Put the minced meat into a larger container, add light soy sauce, sugar, black pepper and fish sauce and stir well.

3. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the minced meat and continue to stir until the meat filling is sticky.

4. Cut out a piece of oiled paper about the size of a baking tray and spread it on the table, take some meat filling and put it on the oiled paper, and cover with plastic wrap.

5. Use a rolling pin to roll out the meat filling into thin slices slightly smaller than the oil paper through the plastic wrap, and try to roll out the thickness evenly.

6. Remove the plastic wrap and put the oil paper into the baking sheet.

7. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and heat it at 180 degrees.

8. Bake for 10 minutes, take it out, and brush a layer of honey water on the surface of the dried meat.

9. Put it in the oven and continue to bake for 8 minutes, take it out, turn it over, brush it with a layer of honey water on the other side, put it in the oven, and continue to bake for 5 minutes. Remove, cool and cut into small pieces.

Tips:

1. When rolling the meat filling, the thickness must be even, not too thin, otherwise the meat will become hard and crispy, and the taste will not be good.

2. There are more portions in the recipe, I baked a total of 8 plates, you can adjust the proportion as appropriate, 1/2 or 1/4 can be.
