Ingredients: 400 grams of broad bean rice, 50 grams of pork belly
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon bean paste, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1/3 teaspoon sugar, 3 chives, 5 dried chilies

Step 1: Boil a pot of water, add a teaspoon of salt and a little cooking oil. After the water boils, put in the peeled broad bean paste and cook for one minute, and when the time is up, remove the water to control the moisture and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the other ingredients when blanching the broad beans: slice the pork belly, cut the dried chili pepper into small pieces, and cut the chives into sections.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a wok, wait for the oil to heat up, add the pork belly and stir-fry, stir-fry until browned, then add Pixian bean paste, chopped green onion and dried chili pepper and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
Step 4: After stir-frying the red oil of the bean paste over low heat, cook 1 teaspoon of cooking wine along the edge of the pot, add 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce and stir-fry until the meat slices are colored.
Step 5: Stir-fry until the meat slices are colored, then add the blanched broad bean paste and stir-fry over high heat
Step 6: After stirring well, add 1/3 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and stir-fry again.
Step 7: Add the remaining chives and stir-fry again until the green onions are soft, then turn off the heat and serve, and a fragrant and simple fried broad beans are ready.
