Stuffed meat with green pepper perfectly integrates the beauty of the meat, making people have an endless aftertaste, delicious and delicious

Stuffed meat with chili pepper is a home-cooked dish that I like to eat, and the cooked chili stuffed not only eases the pungency of the chili, but also perfectly blends the beauty of the meat into the chili, which makes people have an endless aftertaste!

Today I used chicken to make a green pepper stuffed meat for my family, it is delicious and not afraid of gaining weight, and it is relatively affordable, if you don't like chicken, you can also use pork.

Here's how I made it:

1. Grind the washed chicken breast into a meat puree, add a green pepper to the meat puree, an appropriate amount of minced ginger and chopped green onion, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices, sesame oil, starch, beat an egg, and stir well.

2. Cut the washed green pepper into small pieces.

3. Fill the mixed meat filling into the green pepper segments.

4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add the green pepper segments, and fry over low heat until browned.

5. Add an appropriate amount of water, submerge one-third of the green pepper, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and a handful of minced garlic, cover the lid and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Friends who like spicy food can also add some millet spicy to it.

After 6 or 5 minutes, add an appropriate amount of starch water and stir-fry until the soup is viscous and ready to go.

The burnt flavor is beautiful, especially delicious, and friends who like it can try to make it for their families!
