6. Prepare some green onions, ginger, garlic and a slice of lemon, you can leave it without lemon and replace it with cooking wine.
7. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, starch, sugar to a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir well.
8. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add an appropriate amount of green onion, ginger, garlic and lemon, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine if there is no lemon. After the water is boiled, put the meat slices into one by one, cook on low heat for about 1 minute, the cooking time should not be too long, and the meat slices are just cooked and taken out for later use.
9. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, put in the potatoes, fry while frying, fry until five are ripe, add green peppers, onions, green onions, and minced garlic and stir-fry until they are broken. If you like spicy food, you can add some millet spicy and bean paste to stir-fry.
10. Pour in the seasoned sauce, put in the meat slices, and fry until the soup is thick.
