Here's how I made it:
1. Peel and slice the pumpkin.
2. Steam in a pot.
3. Mash the steamed pumpkin and put it until warm.
4. Beat an egg into the 300g pumpkin puree and stir well.
5. Add 300 grams of flour, 3 grams of yeast and 30 grams of sugar to the pumpkin puree, stir into a viscous paste, cover and let rise.
6. Proofing until the volume increases significantly.
7. Add black sesame seeds, stir well, and fully vent.
8. Load the stirred batter into the mold for seven minutes, vibrate and exhaust.
9. Put it in the steamer and let it rise again for 15 minutes. Then turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
10. Leave it slightly warm to demold.
