4. Take out the fermented dough, sprinkle some dry flour on the panel to prevent sticking, and then knead the dough to exhaust first. Then roll the dough into long strips and divide it into equal sized pieces. Knead each agent into a ball, then flatten it with your hands, and roll it out into a round cake with a rolling pin.

5. Use a spoon to take an appropriate amount of black beans and put them on top of the dough cake, wrapping the black beans like a bun. Then knead the round, then gently flatten it, and use a rolling pin to roll it into an oval cake, remembering not to push too hard, otherwise the skin will be broken. Then roll it up from one end, arrange it to your liking, put it in a steamer, and ferment it for a second time for 10 minutes.

6. Bring to a boil on high heat first, continue to steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat when the time is up, and simmer for another 3 minutes to avoid the steamed steamed buns collapsing and hardening.
