Method:

After soaking soybeans, we drain it, the water must be controlled, otherwise it is easy to splash oil when frying, add a small spoon of salt after draining the water, and stir it evenly;

Heat the pot, add a little more cooking oil, add soybeans that control the moisture, and then fry them over low heat, because the soybeans will also have a small amount of water, and they will bubble when frying, and after these bubbles become less, we turn to medium heat and fry them until, we need to keep stirring to let the soybeans heat evenly, about 5-7 minutes to fry, and then take out the soybeans to control the oil;
