1. Soak the glutinous rice for a day in advance.

2. After cleaning, put it in a steamer and steam for about 40 minutes.

5. Add an appropriate amount of sugar, butter or lard and mix well, slightly wet. If you don't like lard and butter, you can also use corn oil.

6. After the steamed glutinous rice is slightly warmed, pour it into the silicone pad, smear a small amount of cool white on the surface, and knead evenly.


7. Knead until delicate, it takes about 10 minutes, it doesn't matter if there are a few grains, the taste is better.

8. Divide it evenly into chunks.

9. Knead each piece of dough into small cakes.

10. Put in the filling and close it like a bun.


11. Just press it down slightly.

12. If you make a lot, separate each glutinous rice cake with oil-absorbing paper, put it in the refrigerator for freezing, and take it out to fry or fry it when you want to eat it.

13. Brush the oil in the pot, fry the glutinous rice cake over low heat, fry until one side is set, then turn over, and fry until both sides are golden brown. If you don't like frying, it tastes better when fried in oil.
