Pumpkin milky small steamed buns, without adding a drop of water, the steamed buns made are soft and sweet, my child loves to eat, he eats happily, I look at the rest assured.
The operation is simple and easy to learn, and I will share my production method below:
1. Peel and wash the pumpkin and slice it, put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes, mash the steamed pumpkin into a puree for later use.
2. Take an empty bowl, add 300 grams of flour, 3 grams of yeast, 15 grams of sugar, add a small amount of warm milk that has been warmed in advance, stir into a dough without dry flour, knead it into a dough with moderate softness and hardness, cover it with a lid and let it rise.
3. Take another empty bowl, put in 300 grams of flour, 3 grams of yeast, 15 grams of sugar, add the warm pumpkin puree and stir well, knead into a dough with moderate softness and hardness, cover the lid and let rise.
(If it's a little dry, you can add a little warm milk to mix well, my steamed pumpkin puree is just enough to mix with the dough, so there is no milk here.) )
4. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, and the inside is full of honeycomb, which is good, take it out, knead and exhaust, and divide it evenly. Roll out the dough into a rectangular dough, not too thin, thicker than the dumpling wrapper.
5. Stack two dough sheets of different colors together, roll them up from one end, gently press and finish, and cut them evenly.
6. After all the steamed buns are ready, put them in the steamer, cover them and let them rise for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, turn on the high heat and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, and then you can eat.
The sweet and fluffy pumpkin milk steamed buns are ready, my children like to eat them, nutritious and delicious, and eat healthy.
