Of course, you can also prepare your own rice noodles at home.



4. Take out the ribs in turn and put them in a bowl for later use, and mix the remaining seasoning into sweet potato wedges and potato wedges. Add a little green onion, ginger, chicken essence, salt and a little steamed pork rice noodles. In order for sweet potatoes and potatoes to be better coated with rice flour, add a little water on the way to mix.



5. Put the mixed sweet potatoes and potatoes out in turn, place them at the bottom of the plate, and then place the ribs on top of them in turn, boil the water over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat, keep the water boiling and temperature, and steam for about an hour and a half until the ribs are soft and rotten.
