Today, I use blueberries to make a blueberry mousse cake for my family, the method is very simple, no need to whip, no oven, just stir it, sweet and sour, delicious and nutritious!
Here's how I made it:
1. Add an appropriate amount of water and baking soda to the blueberries and soak them for 5 minutes, which can better remove the residual pesticides on the surface, then clean them and drain them for later use.
2. Put 100g of blueberries in a large bowl and mash them with the help of a rolling pin.
3. Prepare 3 cups of yogurt, about 400 grams.
4. Add the yogurt to the blueberries, add a spoonful of sugar and stir well.
5,15 grams of gelatin slices cut it into small pieces, put it in ice water to soften, soften it and then dry it.
6. Put the gelatin slices in a small bowl and melt them through the hot water.
7. Prepare 100ml of pure milk in a bowl, pour the melted gelatin slices into the milk and stir well.
8. Pour the milk into the blueberry yogurt and stir well.
9. Pour the stirred yogurt and blueberries into a mold lined with silicone oiled paper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
After 10 or 3 hours, demold it, cut it into your favorite shape and serve.
Sweet and sour, delicious and nutritious, adults and children love to eat, if you like friends, you can try it!
