The ingredients required are as follows:
1 piece of chicken breast, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, green and red peppers
The cooking steps are as follows:
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, clean the chicken breast, chop the green onion, and cut the chili into rings for later use. Cut the chicken breasts into evenly sized cubes for later use.
Step 2: Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and starch to the chicken breast, marinate for more than 20 minutes.
Step 3: Put oil in the pan, heat it and stir-fry the chicken breast until it changes color and removes.
Step 4: Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onions, stir-fry green and red pepper rings and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 5: Add the stir-fried chicken breast and stir-fry evenly, then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and oyster sauce to remove from the pan!
Tips: Marinate the chicken breast in advance to be both flavorful and tender.
