【Ingredients Required】
200 grams of gluten flour, 120 grams of milk, 45 grams of egg mixture, 20 grams of caster sugar, 3 grams of yeast powder, 30 grams of butter, 8 grilled sausages, appropriate amount of cheese powder, and a little salad dressing
【Steps】
1 Blanch the grilled sausages, remove them and dry the skin with kitchen paper and set aside.
2 Put gluten flour, milk, egg mixture, caster sugar and yeast powder into the dough bowl.

5 Roll the dough round, put it in a container, ferment it to twice the size in a warm environment of about 28 degrees, dip your fingers in the dry flour, poke a hole in the surface of the dough, the hole will not rebound immediately, and the dough will not collapse.
6 Remove the dough, place it on the kneading plate, and gently pat the air to vent. Evenly divide into 8 parts, cover with plastic wrap to prevent air drying, and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
7 Arrange the dough into an oval shape, flatten it, and make a longitudinal cut in the middle.
8 Stuff a piece of grilled sausage into the incision.
9 Place the shaped bread in a baking tray and place it in a warm place at about 35 degrees Celsius for final fermentation.
10 When the dough has risen to about 1.5 times the size and your fingers gently press the surface and the dough can slowly rebound, spray some water onto the surface, sprinkle a layer of cheese powder and squeeze on top of the salad dressing.
11 Put it in the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees above and below for 12-15 minutes, and then color evenly.

The grilled sausage can be replaced with ham sausage according to personal taste. Ham sausages do not need to be blanched.
