If you want to eat cookies, you don't have to buy them, teach you to make them yourself at home, they are sweet and crispy, and adults and children love to eat them

Today I will share a cranberry cookie, according to the ratio of my recipe below, there will definitely be zero failures.

First of all, prepare a room temperature egg, 40 grams of caster sugar, 140 grams of cake flour, 70 grams of unsalted butter, and 60 grams of dried cranberries.

The first step is to melt the butter, and the effect of softening it at room temperature is very good. Beat the butter with a manual whisk until the color becomes lighter, add sugar (if you don't like sweetness, you can reduce a little sugar), stir well, continue to beat, beat until delicate and particle-free, all the sugar is melted, beat the eggs, pour the egg mixture into the butter, and stir well.

The second step is to chop the dried cranberries with a knife (remember, be sure to chop them, otherwise your intestines will be green when you cut the cookies). Put the dried cranberries in, sift the flour into it through a sieve, and mix well with a spatula so that the flour and dried cranberries are fully integrated in the butter.

The third step is to prepare a rectangular mold, spread it in the mold with plastic wrap, put the stirred noodles into the mold, scrape it flat, sort it out, wrap it in plastic wrap, freeze it in the refrigerator for one hour, and set it (don't put it for too long, it is easy to break when it is too hard to freeze).

Fourth, take out the mold, tear off the plastic wrap, cut it into 3 mm slices with a knife, (this is not necessary, you can cut it to your favorite thickness according to your preference), spread a layer of blotting paper on the baking sheet, and arrange the cut biscuits in turn, leaving a gap between them, which will expand a little during the baking process.

Step 5, preheat the oven, 170 degrees above and below the tube, put the baking tray in the middle layer, bake for about 20 minutes, (this depends on your own oven), the color is golden, and you can get out of the pan.

The biscuits baked by yourself are very hygienic, no additives, nutritious, and the taste can also be adjusted by yourself, my ratio, dried cranberries are more, because I think the taste of butter will be a little heavier, and the dried cranberries cover the taste of butter, I like it very much, you can also add it according to your own taste, put a little more if you like, put a little less if you don't like it, try it, and see what the results are?
