1. Peel 2 fresh bananas and cut them into small pieces, if the inside of the banana is black and spoiled, do not eat it.

2. Beat 1 egg into a bowl, mix well into egg liquid, add 1 gram of salt and 2 grams of pepper,

First, evenly coat the banana with a layer of dry starch, the starch should be evenly wrapped, not too much and too thick.

3. Pour 1500ml of cooking oil into the pot, turn on the high heat and the oil is hot and smoking, put in the banana and fry it until it is crisp yellow, and the banana can be fished out when it floats up.
