Apples are a good thing, they enhance people's ability to fight diseases, and they are more nutritious when cooked.
Let's take a look at how to make it.
Apple bread
Ingredients: 250 grams of bread flour, 30 grams of sugar, 100 grams of milk, 1 gram of salt, 3 grams of yeast, 1 egg and 30 grams of corn oil.
Make:
1. Let's start with the dough.
The dry ingredients (they are: flour, sugar, salt, yeast powder) are first mixed in a bread bucket, the bread stirring function is activated, and the milk and beaten egg wash are poured in. A program, about 15 minutes, after the end, start the stirring function again, stir for 5 minutes, pour in 25 grams of corn oil, after the program is over, then drop a small amount of oil on the surface of the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it stand to rise. This is what the hair looks like.
2. Take out the noodles and knead them directly into long strips, without exhausting, divide them into several equal portions and roll them round.
3. Take one serving, press flattened, and put a spoonful of apple filling. The apple paste is applesauce, and I have attached the applesauce recipe to the back.
4. The bag can be pinched, and there is no technical attention.
5. Make all of them in turn, put them on a baking sheet, brush with a layer of egg wash, dip them in sesame seeds, and enter the second fermentation, which is about twice the size.
6. Put it in the middle of the oven preheated to 175 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, take it out and put it on the rack to dissipate the heat.
Applesauce
Ingredients: 3-4 pounds of apples, half a lemon
Method:
1. Prepare a clean, airtight bottle with no oil or water. After the bottle is cleaned, you can fill it with boiling water, put a large bowl underneath, and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to sterilize.
2. Wash, peel, cored and sliced apples.
3. Take a stainless steel pot, pour in a little water, and cover the bottom of the pot.
Note: The purpose of adding water is to prevent the pan from drying out before the apples come out of the water.
4. Put the sliced apples in the pot, you can sprinkle some sugar, or not, I generally don't put sugar.
5. Cover the pot and boil slowly over low heat, don't touch it, the apple will become very soft after about half an hour of cooking, then press it with a spoon, it will become puree, and it is more viscous, it is OK, squeeze in fresh lemon juice (the role of lemon juice is to preserve and increase taste).
The whole boiling process takes about 30-50 minutes.
6. Bottle while hot, close the cap and turn it upside down (inverted to kill the bacteria at the mouth of the bottle). After it has cooled completely, move it to the refrigerator, where it can be stored for half a month, and use a clean small spoon when eating.
Tips:
1. Applesauce has been made many times, thinking that this water must be added, but not too much, just cover the bottom of the pot.
2. Be sure to boil slowly over medium-low heat from beginning to end, and there is no need to move the pot.
3. Personally, I think that you can boil it directly, and you don't need to add sugar to marinate it to force out the water.
4. The prepared jam can be used as a dessert, spread bread buns, or flushed with water.
