【Crab Fish Ball】

1 crab, 500 grams of fish balls, 100 grams of crab mushrooms, 2 slices of cabbage, 3 green onions.

Salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, cooking oil.

Part 1: Cut off the roots of the crab mushroom, then clean it and cut it into two sections; Just break off two leaves of cabbage, wash it and cut it into small pieces; Cut 3 chives into small pieces, cut them all and put them in a bowl for later use.
You can try different mushrooms, I used crab mushrooms here, or you can use shiitake mushrooms or enoki mushrooms instead. 
Part 2: Prepare a crab and brush it with a toothbrush, then open the lid of the crab, remove the gills and internal organs inside, and then wash it and cut it into small pieces.
The pike crab I bought is male without crab roe, and it is still okay to cook soup, and everyone usually eats crabs to buy female crabs, which have a lot of crab roe and fatty meat. 
Part 3: Prepare a 500g package of Fuzhou fish balls and pour it into a bowl for later use.
This fish ball is kept in the refrigerator and thawed for an hour. 
Step 4: Heat the oil, add the green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the cut crab and stir-fry to bring out the aroma of the crab.
Stir-frying the crabs can remove most of the fishy smell and increase the flavor of the soup. 
Part 5: Pour in a large bowl of water, then pour in the fish balls and bring to a boil over high heat, cover and turn to medium-low heat and cook for 3 minutes to cook the fish balls.
When boiling, use a spoon to skim off the foam on the top of the soup, so that the soup is more refreshing and clean.
Part 6: Then pour in the chopped cabbage and crab mushrooms and stir-fry evenly, boil again over high heat, and cook the crab mushrooms. 
Part 7: Add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and cooking wine, and stir evenly to get out of the pot.
The soup cooked with crab is already very fresh, and I put a little chicken essence here, and those who don't like to eat chicken essence can omit it. 
Crab boiled fish balls are done, the soup is delicious and nutritious, I don't want to cook this pot at home, there is a balanced combination of meat and vegetarian nutrition, my family will do it every three or five to eat, children especially like to eat, friends who like it can try it!
