This home-cooked tofu is simple but still popular, why?

Delicious home-cooked food - roasted tofu, do this, delicious and go down to rice

Home-cooked roasted tofu can be made without bean paste, and it is more delicious, nutritious, colorful, flavorful, and very delicious!

[Ingredients required]: Tofu (preferably brine tofu).

[Required accessories]: green and red peppers, fungus, green onions, garlic, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, sugar, salt

——Start making——

Step 1: Prepare the materials, a pound of about a piece of brine tofu, 2 small red peppers, 2 line peppers, friends who like spicy small red peppers can be replaced by millet peppers.

Step 2: Soak the fungus in warm water in advance, and wash the wood chips and other debris from the roots.

Step 3: Cut the tofu into chopstick-thick slices, not too thick and not taste good. I cut it into triangles, which are smaller and easier to fry.

Step 4: Heat the oil, add the tofu slices and fry until golden brown. If you feel that frying is too troublesome, you can just add more oil, and you can also fry it until golden brown. I recommend frying it for a more even time. The skin is slightly chewy and tastes better, and after frying, remove the oil control and set aside.

Step 5: While it's time to fry the tofu, cut the green and red peppers into oblique slices, then cut some green onions and garlic slices for later use.

Step 6: Prepare a bowl of roasted tofu sauce, put a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of starch, a little dark soy sauce, a little sugar, a little salt and two spoons of water in a bowl, stir well and set aside.

Step 7: Heat the oil, add the green onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the green and red peppers and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

Step 8: Pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry for another 10 seconds.

Step 9: Pour in the fungus, then pour in the seasoned sauce, and stir-fry quickly for about 20 seconds.

Step 10: Friends who like chopped green onions can finally have some chopped green onions, stir-fry them all to get out of the pot.

Tips:

One: If you want to eat traditional home-cooked tofu, you can choose to add green onion and garlic and then add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, and then pour in green and red pepper shreds, tofu, and fungus to stir-fry together.

2: Don't cut the tofu too thickly, it is not easy to fry thoroughly, and it is not easy to absorb the flavor when stir-frying. The taste of fried is not as good as that of frying, and the cooking oil from fried tofu can be eaten normally, so there is no need to worry about waste.

Three: Tofu is fried, so you don't need to fry it for too long. The time for frying the fungus should not be too long, otherwise the taste will not be good, and it will not taste crispy.
