Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 chili pepper, 2 small red peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, oil, 8g of tempeh, 10g light soy sauce, 2g dark soy sauce, 1 chives, 1g of sugar, a little white pepper
Steps:
1. Prepare the required ingredients
2. Cut the sharp pepper and small red pepper into oblique knife segments, mince the garlic, and cut the chives into chopped green onions
3. Fry three eggs in oil into golden poached eggs on both sides

If you want to eat the poached eggs, you should fry them for a while, but I prefer to fry them a little older, so that they taste more fragrant
