Specific production steps:

Step 1: Prepare 500 grams of dried peanuts, put them in a large bowl, pour boiling water and soak for 5 minutes;     


Step 2: Soak until the surface skin of the peanuts is wrinkled, and you're done;



Step 3: Drain the water in which the peanuts are soaked, spread them flat in a breathable object, and dry them thoroughly;



Step 4: Prepare a whole garlic, peel it and cut it into garlic slices for later use.



Step 5: Pour the completely dried peanuts into a large bowl, add garlic slices, 3 slices of ginger, 2 star anise, 1 small handful of peppercorns, 3 bay leaves, 2 dried chili peppers, an appropriate amount of five-spice powder, and finally add a little white wine to enhance the flavor;


Step 6: Stir the ingredients well and marinate for 20 minutes;



Step 7: Turn on the heat below, heat the pot, pour in 200 grams of salt and stir-fry;



Step 8: Stir-fry until the salt is slightly heated, pour the peanuts into the pot, and stir-fry them in medium-sized and medium-sized quantities;



Step 9: At this time, you can hear the crackling sound in the pot, the color of the salt becomes dark and yellow, which proves that it is almost ready, turn to low heat, continue to stir-fry, the whole process takes about 8 minutes;

Step 12: Strainer the salt from the peanuts with a colander and put the peanuts into a bowl;
