You can make a burger without bread, it's delicious and nutritious, and the breakfast is a special one!


The burger I made today was a bit special, not bread, but our favorite staple, rice! It can be said to be a Chinese-style burger.  

To prepare the rice burger:

Ingredients: Wuchang rice 200g, minced pork 100g, krill shrimp 50g, carrot 20g, onion 25g, breadcrumbs 10g, lettuce, seaweed 1, oil, salt 2g, ginger 3g, egg liquid 120g, light soy sauce 3g, sugar 2g, white pepper powder 1g, chicken essence a little

Steps:

1. Prepare the required ingredients

2. After the rice is washed, put it in the rice cooker, pour in about 230g of boiling water (cold water is also acceptable), and start cooking

3. Finely chop the ginger and chop the onion and carrot into small pieces

4. After washing the lettuce, soak it in light salted water for 10 minutes, then drain it for later use

5. Add 10g breadcrumbs, carrots, onions, shrimp, salt, ginger, egg mixture, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper and a little chicken essence to the minced meat

6. Stir well in one direction

7. Take a small lump of minced meat to make a meatloaf, which can be slightly larger, because the meatloaf will shrink slightly after frying

8. Wrap the meatloaf in a layer of breadcrumbs (outside the portion) and pat it with your hands to make it sticky and firm

9. After the meatloaf is ready, put it in a frying pan over low heat

10. Fry until golden brown on both sides, press the cake surface with a spoon, if it is hard, it means that it is cooked, remove it and set aside

11. Take a small ball of cooked rice and put it in plastic wrap, pinch it tightly with your hands, and then press it into a cake shape, which is about the same size as the fried meatloaf, so that you can make two

12. Put a layer of lettuce on top of the rice cake, and then put a meatloaf

13. Finally, cover a rice cake, sprinkle with chopped seaweed (tear the seaweed in advance) and cooked white sesame seeds to decorate, a rice burger is complete, and you want to make a few at will

Tips:

1. The ingredients in the meat filling can be mixed and matched at will

2. Soak the lettuce in lightly salted water, which can play a role in sterilization and disinfection

3. When frying the meatloaf, it must be fried slowly over low heat, otherwise the fire will be too big, and it will be easy to burn the outside and the inside is not cooked

4. The cooked rice should not be too hard, or it will be difficult to put together
