Step 1: About 300 grams of plain flour, about 150 grams of warm water are prepared, and a little yeast powder and sugar are poured into warm water and stirred and melted.
Step 2: Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir it into a dough with chopsticks.
Step 3: Put the kneaded dough in a container, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and seal it, and put it in a warm place.
Step 4: The fermented dough can be poked by hand without rebound, or there are many honeycomb-like pores in the dough.
Step 5, knead the dough for a while, drain the gas in the dough, take a small piece of dough and roll it into a thin dough, pour in a little sesame oil (I use scallion oil so there is a little green onion embellishment), sprinkle a thin layer of flour, and cut it with a knife, as shown in the picture.
Step 6: Roll up from one side of the incision and roll to the other side of the incision.
Step 7: Pinch the rolled dough roll tightly at both ends, put it on the cutting board and flatten it thinly, the size should not exceed the bottom of the pot, and the changed cake will stand for 5-10 minutes to let the dough relax.
Step 8, the pot is ready, the bottom can be sprinkled with a little oil, after the bottom of the pot is hot, put it into the pot over low heat, cover and start to burn, burn until both sides are colored, basically a cake will be burned on a small fire for 8-12 minutes, you can get out of the pot, the time depends on the thickness of the cake and the size of the fire.
