Therefore, it is important to take care of your liver. To maintain your liver, it is a practical way to start by exercising the liver meridian. If you choose one or two of the following exercises and practice them every day, you will definitely get unexpected results.


1. "Transverse stretching"


Splitting the thighs as much as possible to enhance liver and kidney function is actually just to stretch the tendons on the legs. The name of the male genitalia is "Zongten", which means that all the tendons converge, so improving the blood supply of "tendons" is to solve the problem of the liver from the source, and also to solve the problem of reproduction.

2. Push the liver meridian


Sit on the bed, stretch your right leg forward, bend your left leg flat, fold your hands, press on the root of your thigh, push forward slightly hard along the position of the liver meridian on the inner thigh to the knee joint, push it repeatedly, forty or fifty times, and then change the other leg to the same technique. You can push it through your clothes. Push it every night to soothe the liver and regulate qi, invigorate blood and eliminate blood stasis, remove liver fire, maintain gynecology, and improve facial complexion.



There are three meridians on the inner side of the thigh, including the liver, spleen, and kidney, and the middle is the liver meridian.


3. Lotus pose


Sit down on a hard-faced bed or just spread a blanket on the floor, stretch your right leg straight, bend your left leg flat on the ground, and place your left foot on the inside of your right thigh. Then twist the body in the direction of the bent left leg, the right hand to grasp the tip of the right foot, and the left arm in the direction of the sky, trying to keep the body in a plane.

4. Butterfly pose: exercise the hips


Sit down and use a blanket folded into two palms under your buttocks. Then bend your knees so that the soles of your feet are facing each other, the soles of your feet are together, and your heels are as close as you can to them. Grab your toes with both hands, open your knees to the sides, and stick them to the ground as much as possible, this is the "butterfly pose". Do this with your back straight and your knees vibrating rhythmically toward the floor on either side.

The amount of exercise in this movement is not large, but it is just the right amount of exercise to the most difficult. People nowadays sit most of the time, and impurities from the qi and blood are slowly deposited into the pelvis. Over time, the meridians are blocked, the qi and blood are not running, and bacteria will breed here, which will lead to inflammation.


Through the frequent movement of the legs, the "butterfly pose" can open up the meridians on the legs, so that the qi and blood can be cleaned up like a "broom" to clean the sanitary dead corners of the body. Not only can it eliminate inflammation, but it will also make the face rosy.


Regular practice of this pose can also regulate urinary function and relieve sciatica; It has a good maintenance effect on the prostate of men. 5. Knead the "ground tendons"


The horror of liver disease, the trouble of the prostate, ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar disc herniation, insomnia, cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's, nail depression, sexual dysfunction and ADHD and many other diseases, seem to be unrelated, but in fact, the problem is in one place - "tendon". Kneading the tendons: The secret of the Tao of Health Preservation says: "The tendons of the sky are hidden in the eyes, and the tendons of the earth are hidden in the feet." ”。 Facing the soles of your feet and turning your toes up, you will notice a stiff tendon emerging from the soles of your feet. Massaging this stiff tendon and kneading it soft will have a miraculous effect (see picture above).
