Lao Tzu said: The five colors make people blind, and the five tones make people deaf.
You go to see the colorful world every day, for example, the most serious thing now is watching TV movies and playing games, and the whole person's spirit is sucked in.
What's worse is looking at the phone, as if everything is good on the phone. But this kind of thing is very dark and drains your spirit, and Chinese medicine calls it kidney essence. For example, if you go to do physical work, your whole body moves, this is called Ming consumption, and you can't last long, and the body plays a protective role. But you watch TV, slowly consume, and you don't feel it at all. If you watch a morning of TV, you must be more tired than working all day, because the kidney essence is seriously consumed.
When the eyes look east and west, and they see joy, their hearts are greedy. It's all exhausting. The eyes are through the liver, and the ears are through the kidneys. Nowadays, when people listen to music, the horns are turned on very loudly, and these sounds are physical sounds, which are damaging to your spirit. 【How to operate】
1) Fist top bag: Make a fist with both hands, one on the left and one on the left, and put the front of the fist on the big bag under the armpit, so that the local soreness will occur. About 5 minutes.
2) Palm kneading Dabao: Use the palms of both hands to focus on the Dabao acupoint, and rotate and knead vigorously on the Dabao acupoint and its vicinity to make the Dabao acupoint feel sore. About 5 minutes.
3) Palm rubbing: The palms of both hands are placed on both sides of the big bag acupoints, the palms are opposite, and the big bags are rubbed back and forth to make the big bag acupoints feel warm. About 5 minutes.
The total time of massaging Dabao acupoint is about 20 minutes. Once a day, in the morning and in the evening, the more the merrier.
2. Knead the Baihui acupoints

3) Mobaihui: Folded hands, the palm of the right hand is aligned with Baihui, the palm of the left hand is placed on the back of the right hand, and the two hands are pressed together to press the Baihui acupoint to produce a warm feeling locally. About 5 minutes.
4) Zhenbaihui: Use the ring three fingers in the food, fast-paced, and gently and vigorously pat the Baihui acupoint. About 5 minutes.
