The abdominal kneading health care method is also known as the "internal strengthening method", that is, through a set of simple and orderly gentle massage methods, the internal organs and vitality are gathered, and the qi and blood flow smoothly, so as to achieve the purpose of "strong internal qi".
Practice has shown that this method of "rubbing the abdomen" is very wonderful, easy to operate, and cures serious diseases. In addition, the "fairy belly rubbing" is performed before going to bed and before getting up, which costs neither money nor effort, and is easy to stick to. The operation practice of the immortal belly rubbing method
Preparation:
On the premise of keeping warm, take off your clothes and loose pants, lie on your back on the bed, it is best to be able to pillow on a low pillow, relax your whole body, concentrate and meditate, adjust your breathing evenly, put your tongue against the palate, and keep the dantian.
The first pose: massage the heart socket.
Slowly lift up the two hands, butt the three fingers (index finger, middle finger, ring finger) of the two hands in front of the chest and press on the heart socket (that is, the soft part under the lower edge of the sternum, commonly known as the heart and mouth fossa), from the right → up → left → down in a clockwise direction to do a circular motion, massage 21 times. The second pose: loop massage the midline of the abdomen and both sides of the abdomen.
The three fingers of the two hands are butt and rubbed down from the heart socket, that is, while rotating and massaging clockwise, move down to the pubic symphysis under the umbilicus (that is, the lower part of the lower abdomen at the hair), and then separate the two hands to the left and right, while massaging (left counterclockwise and right clockwise) while walking upward, back to the heart socket, and the two hands are handed over. The third form: push and press the midline of the abdomen.
The three fingers of both hands are connected, pushed down from the midline of the heart fossa, and pushed straight to the pubic symphysis for a total of 21 times. (Figure 3 below)
Fourth pose: Massage with the right hand around the umbilicus.
Rub the palm of your right hand 21 times clockwise around the navel from the right → → the left → down. (Figure 4 below)
Fifth pose: Massage with the left hand around the umbilicus.

Sixth pose: Push and press on the left chest and abdomen.
Make a forked waist shape with your left hand, place it at the lower waist and kidney of the left hypochondrium, point forward, support the back of the four fingers, and gently pinch it; Press the middle three fingers of your right hand under your left breast, then push straight to the left groin (commonly known as the base of the thigh) for 21 consecutive strokes. Eighth pose: sit and swing.
Change to a cross-legged sitting position, with the thumbs of both hands in the middle, the four fingers together, clenched into a fist (called "grip solid" in Taoism), press lightly on the knees, relax the whole body, and bend the toes slightly downward. Lean down slightly and shake slowly. Shake 21 times clockwise from left→ front → right →; Then shake it counterclockwise from right → front → left → back 21 times. The amplitude of the rotation should be large, such as when the rotation is turned to the left, the chest and shoulder should be shaken out of the left knee; When swinging forward, it is advisable to shake the upper body on the knee; When turning to the right, shake the chest and shoulders out of the right knee; When panning backwards, the upper body should be tilted back as much as possible. Shake to be comfortable, not impatient and fast, deliberately shake.
Exercise order: Complete the 1st to 7th poses in turn, and do them 2~3 times each time. When you are done, get up and sit cross-legged, and rotate according to the eighth position, 21 times on the left and right.
Precautions for the immortal belly rubbing method:
(1) Before practicing, it is generally required to untie the clothes and pants, and it is advisable to rub them directly. Postures 1 to 7 are mainly supine and upright.
(2) When rubbing the abdomen, you must concentrate and meditate, move easily, softly and slowly, do not use clumsy force, keep your breathing smooth, and do not hold your breath to concentrate. When shaking the upper body, you should not be too fast or too fast, and you should feel relaxed and comfortable after practice, and there should be no fatigue.
(3) Those who are new to the practice should do it once in the morning and once in the evening, and they should not stop, as long as they persevere, they will see results. It takes about 30 minutes to do it every time, and the slower the better.
(4) During the practice, due to changes in physiological functions such as the enhancement of gastrointestinal movements, there are often phenomena such as abdominal ringing (bowel sounds), belching, warmth in the abdomen or easy hunger.
(5) Those who suffer from malignant tumors in the abdomen, visceral bleeding, abdominal wall infection and women during pregnancy should not practice this exercise.
Abdominal rubbing effect:
