2. Practice "Lotus Retreat"

Sit down on a stiffer bed or just a blanket on the floor, with your right leg straight, your left leg bent and flat on the ground, and the center of your left foot on the inside of your right thigh. Then twist the body in the direction of the bent left leg, the right hand to grasp the tip of the right foot, and the left arm in the direction of the sky, trying to keep the body in a plane.

3. Push the liver meridian
Sit on the bed, stretch your right leg forward, bend your left leg flat, fold your hands, press on the root of your thigh, push forward slightly hard along the position of the liver meridian on the inner thigh to the knee joint, push it repeatedly, forty or fifty times, and then change the other leg to the same technique. You can apply some moisturizer on the skin through clothing, and the effect is better. There are three meridians on the inside of the thigh, the liver meridian in the middle, the spleen meridian near the front, and the kidney meridian near the back. After you sit down, bend your knees, the inner thighs are facing up, the middle is the liver meridian, and pushing the middle is to push the liver meridian, of course, push a little off, push to the spleen meridian or kidney meridian, it doesn't matter.
4. Practice "Butterfly Pose"
Sit down and use a blanket folded into two palms under your buttocks. Then bend your knees so that the soles of your feet are facing each other, the soles of your feet are together, and your heels are as close to your lower body as possible. Grab your toes with both hands, open your knees to the sides, and stick them to the ground as much as possible, this is the "butterfly pose". Do this with your back straight and your knees vibrating rhythmically toward the floor on either side.

6. Practice "Returning Yang Lying" and "Mixed Yuan Lying"
Lying on the back: the body is naturally flat, the hip joints are relaxed, the legs are like rings, the palms of the feet are facing each other, the heels are preferably facing the perineum (if you can push against the perineum, it is best), the palms of the two hands are placed near the root of the thighs, and the palms are facing the abdomen. Due to the large implantation area and less compressive force, the body is easier to relax, and the relaxation of the body and a certain posture can quickly fill up the yang energy and kidney energy. Kidney Yang Qi is equivalent to the true fire of the Destiny Gate - the key to the size of a vitality is to see whether the Yang Qi of the Destiny Gate is sufficient.
