There are two acupuncture points for low back pain in the human body: it has a miraculous effect on treating low back pain

Yesterday, a friend consulted in the background, I have been suffering from low back pain recently, is there any special effect acupuncture point?

Low back pain is very common in our lives, and in clinical practice, there are many diagnoses of low back pain, which are very detailed, such as lumbar muscle strain, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, third lumbar transverse process syndrome, piriformis syndrome, gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment, etc.

Today, Su Mu will introduce to you two special acupuncture points for the treatment of muscular low back pain and spinal low back pain.

Muscle pain, low back pain

One of the most important meridians related to low back pain is the Foot Sun Bladder Meridian, which runs on both sides of the spine and enters the muscles on both sides of the waist (this knee refers to the muscles on both sides of the waist).

The muscles on both sides of the waist are mainly longitudinal muscles, erector spinae, quadratus lumbos, psoas major muscles, etc., which constitute a very important supporting force in the upright position of the human body.

When we stand for a long time, bend over for a long time or often bear weights, it will cause strain of these muscles, and even bone changes, intervertebral disc growth, herniation, pain is inevitable, no matter which part of the pain, these forces are forward, down, and outward convergence, and finally through the pelvis, the muscles on the back side of the outer thigh converge to the heel place, this position is the Achilles tendon, only its strength is strong, people have the ability to stand upright, walk, run, jump, so this part is very important.

On the outside of the foot, below the back of the lateral malleolus, on the outside of the calcaneus, and at the red and white flesh, there is a Servant Ginseng acupoint, which is not only the acupuncture point of the foot sun bladder meridian, but also the starting point of the yang stilt vein.

If you are a patient with long-term low back pain, there will be positive spots in this area, and the pressure will be particularly painful.

Press the thumb and hold the ginseng acupoint, rotate and knead, each time for 5-10 minutes, the kneading technique should be particularly gentle, do not exert too much force, and knead until there is pain.

Spinal low back pain

We all know that long-term illness into the meridians, not refers to the meridian acupoints, but the meridians, with the meridian acupoints as the center, the surrounding vascular distension, visible to the naked eye on the epidermis, palpable abnormal changes, through the degree of vascular distension, color to judge the virtual reality.

If it is pale, weak, shriveled and dull, it means that there is no blood supply to this place, blood is not honorable, osteoporosis, and bone pain caused by excessive deficiency of qi and blood.

If there is a local stasis obstruction and bruising, there must be a blood circulation disorder in this place, and the local blockage is not smooth, which is called meridian stasis, and this stasis will cause spinal pain.

The main bone of the kidney gives birth to the marrow, and the foot less yin kidney meridian from the coccyx this place "through the spine, belongs to the kidney, and the bladder", "through the spine" is through the spine, enters the spine, and finally belongs to the kidney and bladder, so this part of the spine belongs to the foot less yin and kidney meridians.

The Fushen acupoint stops on the outside of the calcaneus, and when we switch to the part where the inner calcaneus is attached, there are enough acupuncture points of the Yin and Kidney meridians. This acupuncture point is in front of the Achilles tendon, which is not only a very important force point for the human body, but also the meridian point of the Yin and kidney meridians.

The medial side of the foot, the posterior and lower medial malleolus, and the medial anterior depression of the Achilles tendon attachment are the Great Bell Point.

Put your thumb on the outside, put your index finger and middle finger together and put them on the inside, and clamp the Servant Ginseng and Dazhong acupoints. Note that the outer side is low and the inner side is high, and the tingling and soreness will begin to appear after the two sides are rubbed together.

In daily health care, if there is muscular low back pain, rub the outer Fushen acupoint, and if there is spinal low back pain, press the inner Dazhong acupoint. When the two acupuncture points are combined, the problems of pain (muscular pain) and spine pain (bone pain) are solved.
