Meridians: internal viscera, external limbs

For the meridian route, we are accustomed to memorizing its tangible acupuncture point connection map on the muscle surface, and the route of each meridian in the chest and abdomen is also very important. Each meridian is not only connected to the muscle surface and internal organs, but also to other organs in the chest and abdominal cavity.

Familiar with the route of the meridians, when encountering physical problems, we can understand the influence of other organs on this organ through the meridian system, and regulate the function of these organs to help the recovery of diseases.
