There are 91 acupuncture points in the ears, and rubbing them for a few minutes every day is equivalent to doing "health exercises" for the whole body!

Rubbing the ears can smooth the flow of qi and blood

There are 91 acupuncture points on each of our ears (according to the National Standard Program for the Names and Locations of Auricular Acupoints), where organs and tissues throughout the body have specific reflex zones. When there is a lesion in the body, it is often reflected in the corresponding part of the ear. According to legend, one of the ways to maintain health in Qianlong was to get up every morning and rub your ears.

Insist on massaging the ears for 10 minutes every day, which is conducive to the circulation of qi and blood in the five internal organs and the whole body

Rubbing your ears like this is even better

01

Ear plucking: Harmonize the five organs

The ear socket is the central area of the ear, and the ear points corresponding to the five internal organs are all in the ear socket, and stimulating the various points in the ear socket can harmonize the five internal organs.

Method: Put your fingers into the ear socket and dig back and forth, try to let the fingers touch every part of the ear socket, 100 times a day, but do not use excessive force.

02

Rubbing earlobes: strengthen the brain and prevent dementia

The earlobe area is the head and face area of the ear, and the ear acupoints in this area are closely related to the human mind and cheeks.

Method: Pinch the three fingers of the index finger, middle finger and thumb as much as possible and knead all the earlobes.

03

Ear tragus: treatment of headache and tinnitus

Tragus is a small bulge in front of the ear, and carrying it can treat headaches, dizziness, neurasthenia, tinnitus and other diseases.

Method: Use your index finger and thumb to lift the tragus from the inside out. The technique is from light to heavy, and the power of pulling is limited to no pain. 3-5 minutes each time.

04

Rubbing the outer edges: strong limbs for longer life

The auricular points on the outer edge of the pinna correspond mainly to the limbs of the person. Long-term rubbing of the outer edge of the auricle can make the limbs stronger.

Method: Rub the outer edge of the ear between the thumb and forefinger back and forth, 100 times a day.

05

Moore dors: help lower blood pressure and open blood vessels

There is a groove on the back of the ear called the antihypertensive groove, which corresponds to the back of the human body. The function of the back of the mole is equivalent to pinching the chiropractic, which can regulate the qi and blood of the whole body.

Method: Rub the thumb along the back of the ear from top to bottom 100 times a day.

06

Rubbing the whole ear: the effect is doubled, and the body is 100 times stronger

After massaging the various areas of the ear, rub the whole ear once. This allows the areas that have benefited from the previous massage to flow more smoothly and throughout the body.

Method: Rub your ears with the palms of your hands, back and forth 50 times, and up and down 50 times.
