How to take the acupoints

Mid-navel acupoint: The mid-navel acupoint is located in the upper abdomen, the midpoint of the lower end of the sternum and the navel connection line (when the umbilicus is 4 inches above the middle of the umbilicus). That is, four inches from the heart socket to the navel (that is, from the heart socket to the center of the navel eye)



Guan Yuan acupoint: Guan Yuan acupoint is located in the abdomen, in the middle line of the front of the body, and 3 inches below the umbilicus. Massage techniques
