In clinical practice, there are many diagnoses of low back pain, which are very detailed, such as lumbar disc herniation, lumbar muscle strain, third lumbar transverse process syndrome, piriformis syndrome, gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment, etc.
These types of low back pain may be very, very painful at one acupuncture point. This painful acupuncture point is right on our feet.
Let's talk about this meridian first.
One of the most important meridians most related to low back pain is the Foot Sun Bladder Meridian. The foot solar bladder is clamped on both sides of the spine, and in the lower back it is necessary to enter the muscles (this bladder refers to the muscles on both sides of our waist).
We all know that the muscles on both sides of our waist are mainly longitudinal muscles, such as the erector spinae muscles, the quadratus lumbos, the psoas major muscles that are obliquely forward, etc., which constitute a very important supporting force under the vertical position of our human body.
Therefore, when we stand for a long time, bend over for a long time, or often bear weight, it will cause strain on these muscles, and even some changes in bone quality, growth, intervertebral disc herniation, etc., and of course, pain will inevitably appear.
But no matter which part of the pain is, these forces converge forward, downward, and outward, and finally converge through our pelvis, through the muscles on the back side of the outer thigh, to the place where we are heel, and this position is called the Achilles tendon, which is very stressed.
This Achilles tendon is attached to our calcaneus, on the outside of our foot, on the side of the little toe, on the outside of the calcaneus, this place is the point where the Achilles tendon is migrated, and in front of it, there is an acupuncture point here that is the servant ginseng of the foot sun bladder meridian.

And this acupuncture point is not only the acupuncture point of the foot sun bladder meridian, but also the starting point of the yang stilt vein, which refers to the most important meridian on the outside that is responsible for the movement of the human body, and is one of the eight veins of the strange meridian.
When a patient lies on the bed, the doctor gently lifts and pinches his hand in this position, and the patient will scream and hurt, but he usually does not feel pain in this area.
This acupuncture point is very diagnostic, if you are a patient with long-term low back pain, including changes in the function of these organs in the pelvis, there will be positive spots in this area, and there will be a very special pain.
In daily life, you can gently rub this acupoint with your fingers, the technique should be gentle, do not overexert force, and rub until there is a pain, this pain may be sore, or it may be a radial stinging sensation, which is a very good phenomenon.
When you rub it until you cry out when you feel it when you touch it, to when you rub it for a while and even add strength, it just feels a little painful, and then the symptoms of your waist are reduced.
