The liver meridians are directly connected with the lungs, kidneys, stomach and brain, which is of great significance.
It starts from the Dadun acupoint of the big toe, that is, the acupuncture point where the bile meridian ends, and then goes up along the instep, and then enters the perineum of the human body from the inner side of the calf, rings the reproductive system for a week, enters the lower abdomen, and then goes up from the stomach, through the nasopharynx, to the Baihui acupoint on the top of the head, and directly intersects with the Du Mai.
Of course, the liver meridian has branches at the eye and descends to the mouth and ends in the mouth. There are not many acupuncture points in the whole meridian, and there are a total of 28 on the left and right sides.
Small case
Blocked liver meridians will not only make you feel bad and complexion, but also cause stiff neck, dry throat, and lower abdominal pain. Forehead pain, pain in the back of the head, blurred vision, swelling and pain in the lower legs, enuresis, poor urination, convulsions, irregular menstruation, breast hyperplasia, nausea, chills, vomiting and other diseases can all be treated by regulating the liver meridian. Sometimes, people will feel pain in their lower back, and they can only bend and can't straighten up if they want to, which is actually a liver meridian blockage.
At this time, if we can press on the Taichong acupoint of the liver meridian and rub all the pain points of this acupoint, the symptoms of back pain can be relieved. Although this may seem unrelated, it is a mystery, because the Taichong acupoint is the acupuncture point of the blood switch, and pressing it is equivalent to a smooth supply of blood to the liver, which is the magical power that the meridians give to the human body.
Reminder: There is a disease called hernia, which can be improved to a certain extent by regulating the liver meridian. This is because the liver meridian is the only one of the twelve meridians that runs around the genitals. When men are unable to get through here, it will manifest as a hernia, while women will have abdominal distension and pain, which is why women often say that they are so angry that they have a stomachache.
In addition, when men have symptoms of impotence, Taoist doctors will also attribute it to liver disease, and then regulate the liver and liver meridians. Because the nourishment of liver qi depends on the kidneys, while conditioning the liver, it is equivalent to conditioning the kidneys together. In this way, the unspeakable hidden point of men is solved.
If you feel a sore throat and have difficulty swallowing, then it is very necessary to regulate the liver meridian. Because the liver meridian leads to the throat, when the liver meridian is blocked, inflammation may occur in the throat area, such as pharyngitis.
Even our common bitter mouth, in fact, is the liver meridian is blocked, the liver and gallbladder are each other's surface and inside, they are interdependent meridians, if the liver meridian is not good, the gallbladder meridian will show symptoms, and naturally the mouth will be bitter and dry. Therefore, although beating the liver meridian is a small matter, there are many symptoms that may be improved, which should not be ignored.
Use a rolling pin
Prepare a rolling pin of about 40 cm, then lie on your back on the bed naturally, with your legs slightly curled up so that the soles of your feet are facing each other, and the inside of your thighs is naturally placed in front of you.
With a rolling pin in hand, start at the base of your thighs and work your way up to the front of the knee. The strength should be changed from small to large, and the intensity should be gradually increased. But the power must be controlled within the range of what you can bear.
When one side is finished, switch the rolling pin to the other hand and continue to hit the same part of the other leg. However, when striking, you should keep the same force and time as you did the first time. Swap left and right for about 10 minutes each.
After knocking on both thighs, sit up with your legs bent and flat. Then hold the ends of the rolling pin with both hands, press down directly on the middle of the thigh, and roll it down as you go, until you reach the knee, repeating 50 times on one side.
Tips:
Generally, it is enough to beat and roll once a night. After rolling the thighs, you can also moderate the pressure on both sides of the lower abdomen, which will also play a role in dredging the liver meridian. It's just that the force on this part should not be too much. The abdomen should not be tapped, but the two ends of the rolling pin can be tapped, and the force should be increased gradually from light to heavy, and controlled within the range you can bear, so as not to hurt the internal organs.
