You can touch or feel whether there is stiffness in the outer and inner sides of your shoulder blades, the inner and upper corners of your shoulder blades, and whether you can feel the presence of cord-like tissues when you touch them, which are the points where the tendon knots in your back are located.
There are two main movements of back stretching:

We can use our fingers to rub the inner and outer knee eyes, and we will find that there is a gurgling feeling under the hand, and the knee joint is hyperextended or painful after exertion, which is the knee tendon knot.
If the knee eye is sunken, it means that your knee joint is okay, if your knee eye is bulging, feel the hard tendon knot, and press it is still a little painful, it means that the knee joint degeneration is more serious.
There are tendon knots in the knee, there is a problem that the knee is not used alone, the quadriceps muscle is the source of strength to extend the knee joint, the quadriceps muscle strength is not enough, and the tendon knot will appear on both sides of the patella.
Therefore, if you practice this place well, your knees will naturally not hurt.
To relieve knee tendons, we can do the following 3 movements:
