Rubbing the palms of your hands can make a "fire" and replenish yang. When the hand is clenched into a fist, the place under the middle finger is the Lao Gong acupoint, which is the acupuncture point of the pericardial meridian, and the nature is hot.



There is an idiom called "rubbing the palms", which generally describes the appearance of people who are eager to try before fighting or labor, and generally speaking, these attempts need to fully stimulate the yang energy of the human body, so they will rub the hot acupuncture points in the palms of the hands.


Many traditional Chinese medicine massage treatments will use the Lao Gong acupoint, such as rubbing the hands together and pressing on the waist, abdomen, eyes and other parts, hoping to use the heat of the Lao Gong acupoint to warm the weakened and tired parts of the human body.


Insomnia rubbing feet


There is a cool acupuncture point on the soles of the feet, rubbing the soles of the feet can nourish yin and replenish water, rubbing the soles of the feet with hot palms, can make water and fire blend, yin and yang balance, many people's insomnia is like this "rubbing" good.



The acupuncture points on the center of the feet are called Yongquan, which is the well point of the kidney meridian, and the so-called well point means that the kidney meridian originates from here.


The nature of the kidney meridian is relative to the pericardial meridian, the kidney meridian belongs to water, has coolness, and its well points also have the same property, which can be used to nourish yin and replenish water.


Some people's eyes are always red and swollen, but massaging the soles of the feet has a good relief, this is because the fire here is a false fire, the appearance of the false fire is because there is less water, and it is necessary to replenish water to reduce the fire, and massaging the spring is equivalent to replenishing water to the body.


In addition to taking medicines, you can also rub the palms of your hands first, and then rub your feet with hot palms.

Therefore, such insomnia can be supplemented with a little more liver-regulating food, such as mustard greens, mulberries, black sesame, ejiao, jujube, spinach, wolfberry, duck blood, etc., to regulate the problem of liver blood deficiency and improve insomnia from the root cause of insomnia.


Duck blood crucian carp porridge

2. Easy to wake up insomnia, regulate the spleen and stomach

Many people are prone to sudden waking up during sleep, with greasy mouth, light mouth, anorexia, and unsmooth stool, mostly caused by disharmony of the spleen and stomach. If the stomach is not congruct, the patient can eat more yams, hawthorn, glutinous rice, sweet potatoes, coix seeds, etc.

50 grams of yam, 15 grams of coix seeds, 100 grams of japonica rice, boiled porridge to eat. It can replenish qi and strengthen the spleen and stomach, and is suitable for loss of appetite, abdominal distention, insomnia and dreams caused by weakness of the spleen and stomach.

The kidneys are where people's essence, qi, and spirit reside. After kidney qi failure, it will cause unrestlessness and restlessness, and the lack of kidney essence in the human body will cause lack of sleep and poor sleep.

You can choose to cook porridge with yam, wolfberry and japonica rice to nourish the kidneys and help you fall asleep.
