The liver likes to stretch the waist the most, and the spleen likes to rub the stomach the most, but what about the heart, lungs, and kidneys?

The five organs, namely the liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, are collectively called. "The Yellow Emperor's Neijing" records, "There are four times and five elements in the sky, which are collected by growth, and cold, summer, dry and humid wind; People have five internal organs and five qi, and they are born with joy, anger, sorrow, sorrow and fear", and the "Neijing" also expounds the concept of "five internal organs and six internal organs are the foundation of the body, and only with healthy internal organs can there be a healthy body" The concept of disease and health preservation.

The strength of the five internal organs and six internal organs is closely related to physical health, and only by taking good care of the internal organs can "righteous qi be stored in the body, and evil cannot be done". According to the meridians and acupuncture points of the five organs, the health maintenance actions of each viscera are different.

Heart – The heart likes to pat the inside of the arm the most

The heart, in the five elements, belongs to fire, is the yang organ in the yang, the main bloodline, the hidden consciousness, the master of the five internal organs, and the master of life. The heart corresponds to the summer of the four seasons.

The heart is connected to the two meridians of the hand Shaoyin heart meridian and the hand syncope yin pericardial meridian, and both are located on the inner side of the upper limbs. Tapping the inside of the arm stimulates the meridians, which is equivalent to giving the heart a benign stimulation and helping to increase the blood supply function of the heart.

Start with your chest and reach your fingers. Once a day, no more than 5 minutes at a time, with a pressure that is comfortable when patting.

Afraid of cold, in addition to patting the inside of the arm, you can also rub the palm of the hand to the position of the heart and gently rub and massage, which can play a role in driving away the cold, the action can be done 2~3 times a day, each time for about 1 minute.

Liver – The liver likes to stretch the waist the most

The liver, the main drain, hide the blood, happy and depressed, the body yin and yang. In the five elements, it belongs to the wood, which is the yang of the yin. The liver corresponds to the spring of the four seasons.

The liver is the main emotion, and it is mainly smooth. Working for a long time or maintaining one action can easily lead to liver qi stagnation. Stretching a lazy waist, people will feel comfortable, and they can also stretch their bodies, relax their minds, and achieve the effect of regulating emotions and widening their chests and regulating qi.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the liver meridian passes through the two ribs, so pushing and rubbing the two ribs also helps the flow of qi and blood in the liver meridian, and can stimulate the Qimen acupoints and Zhangmen acupoints at the two ribs, which has the effects of strengthening the spleen and regulating qi, soothing the liver and relieving depression, and reconciling the liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach.

You can "rub" your hands down along the flank (ribs) once a day for less than 5 minutes.

Spleen – The spleen likes to rub the stomach the most

The spleen, the main transport, the blood, the subtlety of the water valley, is the source of qi and blood biochemistry, and the human organs all rely on the spleen to nourish, so it is called the acquired foundation. In the five elements, it belongs to the earth, and it is the yin of the yin. The spleen corresponds to the four seasons of the long summer.

The abdomen is located in the middle of the human body, the kidney meridian, stomach meridian, spleen meridian, and liver meridian are all circulating in the abdomen, and the liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, large and small intestines and other organs are also located in the abdomen. The abdomen is like a transportation hub, unobstructed and not congested, in order to ensure that the meridians of the human body extend in all directions.

Rubbing the abdomen can rub and stimulate acupuncture points such as acupoints, enhance the function of the meridians, and regulate the function of the viscera.

Half an hour after a meal, the palm of one hand or the root of the palm is attached to the abdomen, and the other hand is pressed on the back of the hand, rotating and kneading in a clockwise direction, about 10~15 minutes each time. Long-term persistence can increase gastrointestinal peristalsis and enhance spleen and stomach function.

Lungs – The lungs love to percussion on the back

The lungs, which belong to gold in the five elements, are the yin organs of yang. The main qi division breathes, helps the heart to flow blood, and regulates the waterway. Among the five internal organs, it ranks the highest and is the longest of the five internal organs. The lungs correspond to the autumn of the four seasons.

The scapula area of the back is the projection surface of the lungs, and there are many acupuncture points such as the lung acupoints and the large vertebral acupoints. Percussion on the back area can well stimulate the meridian acupuncture points, massage the lungs, help to discharge phlegm, and make the airway smoother.

You can use both hands to clasp it back, or you can use a soft assistive device to pat your back. It is usually patted sequentially from the bottom to the top, from the base of the lungs to the shoulders of the lungs, from the outside to the inside. The frequency is once a day, each time it is controlled at 5~20 minutes (no fatigue), and the strength is comfortable and painless.

In addition, a hot towel can be used to keep the cold away. When bathing, use warm water of 35°C~38°C, starting from the back, from top to bottom, and then to the rib cage area of the front chest, and apply a hot compress for about 5 minutes, which can invigorate yang qi and ward off cold.

Kidneys – Kidneys like to tiptoe the most

The kidney, the main essence of the body, the main water liquid, the main qi, is the foundation of yin and yang of the human organs, the source of life, so it is called the foundation of innate nature. In the five elements, water belongs to the yang, which is the yang of yin. At four o'clock corresponds to winter.

The feet are closely related to the kidney meridian of the human body, and standing on tiptoe can stimulate the foot shaoyin kidney meridian (starting under the little toe of the foot, diagonally running in the Yongquan point in the center of the foot, and going up along the heel), dredge the three yin meridians of the foot, so that the qi in the body runs upward, thereby warming the kidneys and stimulating the middle qi.

As the saying goes, old feet decay first. Tiptoeing also enhances the vitality of the roots of the foot and prevents aging.

You can do it once a day, once in the morning and in the evening, and the tiptoe frequency is controlled at 2~3 seconds, for 1~2 minutes each time, and you can feel the soles of your feet hot. In addition, directly massaging the corresponding body parts of the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys can also play a certain role in maintenance.

Each part can be rubbed 1~2 times a day, within 5 minutes each time, and you can feel the heat. Understanding the five internal organs and meridian acupoints will help to enhance the massage effect.
