Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the waist and eye points are the meridian and extrameridian acupoints, which reside in the belt veins (meridians surrounding the waist) and are the parts of the kidneys. Often rubbing here, it can warm the kidney yang and smooth the qi and blood.
Now I recommend a set of waist rubbing skills, including rubbing, pinching, rubbing, buckle, grasping, and rotating 6 movements, and learn it in your spare time.
In the evening, when you have nothing to do, you can sit upright on a stool with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Rub the palms of both hands together dozens of times, and after the heat is heated, press the waist and eyes on both sides.
Stop for a few seconds, then rub the palms of both hands along the sides of the lumbar vertebrae, up and down, down to the Changqiang point under the tailbone (between the tip of the tailbone and the anus), and up to the end of the back elbow of both arms, 36 times in a row.
Pinch the skin in the middle of the spine with the thumb and index finger of both hands at the same time, pinch the spine, start from the lifegate point parallel to the umbilicus, pinch it, release it, and pinch it until it reaches the caudal vertebrae. Repeat the pinch 4 times.
Make a fist with both hands, the fist is upward, and the protruding part of the metacarpophalangeal joint is rotated and rubbed at the waist and eyes on both sides. Rotate 18 times clockwise, then 18 times counterclockwise. Both sides can be done at the same time, or left and then right.
Make a fist with both hands lightly, with the fists facing downwards. At the same time, use the palm of the two fists to lightly buckle the sacrococcygeal part (it is advisable not to be painful), and the left and right fists are deducted 36 times each.
With both hands crossed at the waist, the thumb in front, press on the waist side and do not move, the remaining four fingers are located on both sides of the lumbar vertebrae, and scratch the skin outward with the fingertips, taking care not to be injured by the nails. Do it with both hands at the same time, 36 times each.
Keep your body upright, feet shoulder-width apart, hands on your hips, four fingers in front and thumbs behind; Then push both hands forward vigorously to make the abdomen bulge and the body lean back, then, push the left hand to the right, bend the upper body to the left as much as possible, then push the hands back again, sit back with the buttocks as much as possible, and bend the upper body as far forward as possible; Finally, push your right hand firmly to the left, bending your upper body to the right as much as possible. These movements are connected in a circle.
Rotate your waist 9 times clockwise, then 9 times counterclockwise. Rotate your waist slowly, not too fast or too hard to avoid spraining your waist.
Don't look at this small waist rubbing skill, it can not only warm the waist and kidneys, enhance kidney function, strengthen the vitality in the body, but also strengthen the waist and spine. Regular adherence to such actions can prevent and treat kidney deficiency symptoms such as low back and leg pain, frequent urination, nocturia, spermatozoa, and impotence.
