Obviously, the teeth have been cleaned in place, but there is still a peculiar smell in the mouth; Even if you chew more than a dozen pieces of chewing gum and spray a dozen breath fresheners every day, you still can't get rid of the odor in your mouth, and you want to cover your nose as soon as you open your mouth.

If you have bad breath, it is easy to create embarrassment, and others will cover your mouth and nose as soon as you speak, and over time you will lose your desire to socialize and become inferior and timid.

Annoying bad breath

Breath is divided into temporary and persistent breath. Temporary breath is easy to understand, that is, due to the consumption of foods with strong smells such as shallots, ginger, and garlic, which form temporary breath in the mouth, and can disappear naturally after a few days.

Persistent breath is pathological abnormal breath caused by diseases of the mouth, respiratory tract, digestive tract and even endocrine diseases.

How to tell if you have bad breath

1. Smell your breath

Close your mouth for 1 minute, exhale gently into the bag until it is full, and smell the gas in the bag with your nose at a distance of about 5 cm.

2. Lick your wrists

Lick your wrist with your tongue for a few seconds, and after drying, smell the smell.

3. Conversational judgment

Ask a friend or family member to talk up to 10 centimeters away to identify the degree of bad breath. If you feel that you are not careful enough, it is recommended that you go to the hospital for testing.

Causes of bad breath

Oral food residues react with a large number of bacteria in the mouth, and bacteria breed caused by incomplete cleaning, resulting in sulfide, which can cause problems such as bad breath, periodontitis, and mouth ulcers if not treated in time.

The lungs, especially in smokers, are often nauseous and unpleasant when they exhale, resulting in stubborn bad breath.

Helicobacter pylori in the stomach and intestines is at work! Helicobacter pylori is a harmful bacterium that has been found to survive in gastric acid and parasitizes the gastric mucosal tissues. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it is transmitted through the oral mucosa to the stomach, and it will become a fermented garbage dump, and a single mouth will release disgusting bad breath.
