Often press the three acupuncture points, that is, "eat tonics"

If a person's heart function is good and their blood vessels are healthy, they must be "beautiful". The complexion is ruddy, the skin is translucent, there are no spots, and there will be fewer wrinkles than those of their peers.

Always press these three places, that is, "take tonics". One is Zusanli Acupoint, one is Yongquan Acupoint, and the other is Taichong Acupoint.  

Zusanli acupoint

Zusanli acupoint is located at the lower edge of the patella 3 inches (the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger can be brought together, subject to the horizontal stripe of the middle finger of the middle finger, and the width of the four fingers is 3 inches), and a transverse finger outside the anterior tibial crest (thumb phalangeal joint transverse).

Use your thumb or middle finger to press the Zusanli acupoint once a day, each time for 5~10 minutes, and 15~20 times per minute.

Note: Each time you press on the Zusanli acupoint, you should feel soreness and heat like a pinprick.

Persist for 2~3 months, it will improve gastrointestinal function, make people refreshed and energetic.

Yongquan Cave

The Yongquan point is located at 1/3 of the line between the 2nd and 3rd toes and the heel, and the point near the end of the toe is the Yongquan point; Or if you bend your toes so hard, the place where the soles of your feet are sunken is the spring point.

Soak your feet in hot water for 10 minutes before going to bed, wipe them dry, and rub the Yongquan acupoint with the palm of your hand to make the local heat sensation, 5~10 minutes each time, once a day.

After rubbing the hot spring acupoint for patients with high blood pressure, then use the thumb to focus on the acupuncture point, exert vertical force, and rub downward. 10~15 minutes each time, 1 time a day.

If you insist on pushing and rubbing the Yongquan acupoint every day, you can make people energetic, enhance their physical fitness, and enhance their ability to prevent diseases.

Taichong acupoint

The Taichong acupoint is located on the dorsal side of the foot, in the depression before the junction of the first and second metatarsals. Move the fingers upward along the gap between the big toe and the second toe until you can feel the artery reflecting the hand, which is the Taichong acupoint.

Use your thumb to tap the Taichong acupoint, press and release, and continue to press until there is a feeling of soreness. The force should be kept even and soft, if you feel pain when pressing, it means that the liver fire is very strong, and you can press it for a while. For those who are angry, you can scrape and press the acupoint, which can quickly dissipate anger.

Regular massage of Taichong acupoint can calm the liver, clear the heat, clear the head, and calm people's mood.
