How to make it:

2. Add 200 grams of meat filling, add salt, pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, stir well with chopsticks in one direction, and finally a little sesame oil, put oil to lock the moisture in the meat, make the meat more tender, mix well and set aside.
3. Prepare a sheet of tofu skin and spread it flat, spread the meat filling on one side, and tidy it up so that it is not too thick.
4. Just spread the meat filling on the side in a long strip, and then roll it up to make it tighter.
