Steps:

1. Silkworm pupa do a good job of buying live silkworm pupae, and wash the silkworm pupa with light salt water. If the silkworm chrysalis is not fresh, discolored and black, or pink, numb or spicy, it is inedible, and the silkworm chrysalis has a peculiar smell and foul smell, and it is inedible.

2. Prepare the seasoning, cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.

3. Add water to the pot, then add salt, and put the silkworm chrysalis under cold water.

4. After the water is boiled, boil the silkworm pupae for 5-6 minutes, remove the silkworm pupa, drain the water and set aside.

5. Add oil to the pot and heat it, the amount of oil is slightly more than the usual amount of oil used for stir-frying, go into the silkworm chrysalis and stir-fry for a few minutes, fry the water in the silkworm chrysalis, and when the water in the pot is not fried, there will be a yellow substance at the bottom of the pot.

6. 【Open Silkworm Pupae】Required materials: 1 kg of silkworm pupa, 1 green and red pepper, appropriate amount of oil and salt, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and pepper, 1 section of green onion, 2 slices of ginger, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, 3-4 tablespoons of starch

Steps:

5. Remove the seeds of green and red peppers, cut them into minced pieces, prepare pepper and salt, pepper and salt is a very common condiment, many supermarkets can buy, pepper and salt are fried in peppercorns, and the powder is ground into pepper powder, and the salt that is fried yellow becomes pepper salt, which is often used for fried food.
