Red dates and walnut cakes
Jujube meat 120g
5 eggs at room temperature
Brown sugar 90g
Salt 2g
Baking powder 3g
Cake flour 140g
50g of corn oil
Walnuts 50g
White sesame seeds to taste
Add 400g of water to the jujube meat, bring to a boil, and cook for another 10 minutes until soft. Remove the jujubes, filter out the excess water, and then press them into jujube paste with a spoon, or you can use a wall breaker to beat it more delicately, and use it after cooling it thoroughly.
Crack the eggs into the kitchen bucket, add brown sugar and salt, turn on the HM780 cooking machine on 7 gear, and beat for about 5 minutes.
Sift in the powder twice, stir well the first time, and then add the second time.
Add corn oil to the jujube puree and mix well.
Add to the batter and mix well, add the walnuts and mix well.
Poured into a mold of oiled paper, I used an 11-inch mold with white sesame seeds sprinkled on the surface.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
The house is full of fragrance, it's too tempting~
