Ingredients: 500 grams of plain flour, about 200 grams of red bean paste filling, 5 grams of yeast powder, 5 grams of white sugar, and an appropriate amount of vegetable oil.

1. Prepare an appropriate amount of flour, white sugar, yeast powder and warm water, pour the white sugar into the flour, then melt the yeast in warm water and stir well, pour the flour into the yeast many times while stirring into the dough with chopsticks, then pour in a small amount of vegetable oil and knead it into a smooth dough, cover the lid and let the dough rise to twice the size. If the weather is cold, you can put it in a warm place to speed up fermentation.

10. After the frying pan or electric baking pan is heated, brush the bottom of the pan with oil, and put the number of cakes into it according to the size of the pan. Of course, you can also make round cakes, and the shape of the cake depends on your preference.

11. Turn over the other side after the bottom is colored, then cover the lid, slowly burn over low heat, burn several times on both sides halfway, the inside of the dough cake is bulging, and the surface is pressed and rebounds quickly, then it is cooked and can be served.
