1. Peel the cooked peanuts for later use, if your peanuts are raw, you should put it in the pot and fry it, or you can put the peanuts in the oven at 150 degrees and bake them for about 10 minutes.

2. Put 35g of butter into the pan and turn on low heat to melt slowly.

3. Pour 150g of marshmallows into the melted butter, turn on low heat and stir and press evenly

Make the marshmallow completely absorbed, the butter becomes soft, without any cylinders After the marshmallow is completely melted, pour in 80g of full-fat sugar-free milk powder and stir evenly.

Note:

If you like hard nougat, you can fry it longer while frying marshmallows, or you can increase the amount of milk powder and reduce the amount of butter, and if you prefer a softer one, add more butter and less milk powder.

4. Pour the spare cooked peanuts into the fried marshmallow and stir well with a spatula.

If the nougat you make is soft, wait for it to cool and cut it into pieces, otherwise it will be deformed if you cut it directly.
