The second method: steamed chicken across water

Half a chicken without chopping, wash and drain. Put it in a large bowl, add half a packet of salt-baked chicken powder, spread evenly, then pour in peanut oil, apply again and marinate evenly for half an hour.
At this time, you can slice the ginger and cut the green onion into sections for later use. Then we spread the ginger slices and green onions on the bottom of the plate and put in the marinated chicken.
