Method:
1. I bought the hairtail directly, clean up the garbage in the internal organs, and then wash it several times with water, if there is a black film in the internal organs, be sure to clean it, if you don't clean it, there will be a fishy smell.
2. Add green onions, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper to your taste. A lid of cooking wine. Mix well by hand, let each piece of hairtail be coated in the sauce, and marinate for two hours.
3. When it's time to pick out the spices.
4. Take a baking tray, put a layer of tin foil on it, brush a layer of cooking oil, spread the hairtail segments evenly on the baking sheet, and pour some cooking oil on the surface.
5. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in advance, put the baking tray in the oven, and bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes
6. When time is up, take it out, turn it over, put it in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. (If you like a burnt, crispy feeling, you can bake it for a longer time.)
7. It's especially crispy and delicious. You don't even have to spit out fish bones.
Tips
The fishy smell is relatively strong, adding cooking wine, green onion and ginger to marinate together can effectively remove the fishy smell.
